Prism Identity: Global Brand Sync
Hardening global branding and authentication routing across all platform sectors.

Prism Identity: Global Brand Sync
One Brand, One Identity
The Effective Solutions platform spans seven distinct applications: ACM, ATA, ACW, ARS, ACH, DAU, and the public marketing hub. Each was built by a different team, at a different time, and each had developed its own interpretation of the brand. The result was a fragmented experience that eroded the sense of a unified, premium product.
The Prism Identity milestone was our commitment to fix this completely.
The Synchronization Problem
- Reverse Proxy Conflicts: Our Next.js reverse proxy middleware was intercepting logo asset requests and routing them to the wrong upstream service, causing 404 errors.
- Auth Redirect Loops: The ESHorizontalLogoLockup component was constructing destination URLs that included the basePath twice, causing 308 Permanent Redirect loops that made login impossible from certain entry points.
- Font and Color Drift: Three of the seven applications were using different weights of the brand font and slightly different hex values for the primary accent color.
The Resolution
- 1.Unified Asset Manifest: All shared brand assets were moved to a centralized CDN origin served by the marketing hub, eliminating micro-frontend-specific asset hosting.
- 2.BRANDING Configuration Object: A globally imported BRANDING config now controls all logo paths, ensuring they resolve correctly regardless of which micro-frontend's basePath is active.
- 3.Deterministic Auth Redirects: The login component was refactored to use window.location.origin as the redirect base, eliminating the double-basePath bug.
A Unified Presence
With Prism Identity complete, a user who starts on the marketing hub, logs into ACM, runs a test in ATA, and reviews a governance trace in ACW experiences a single, seamless Effective Solutions brand throughout their entire workflow.
