Unified Identity: Connecting the DAU
Synchronizing branding and authentication across Agentic University (DAU) and platform hubs.

Unified Identity: Connecting the DAU
Learning the Agentic Way
The DAU (Agentic University) is our self-service educational portal — the destination where new users learn the ACM platform, where teams complete compliance certifications, and where partners access technical architecture documentation. For a long time, it existed as a visually adjacent but technically separate product.
The Unified Identity milestone welded the DAU into the Effective Solutions platform mesh seamlessly.
The Integration Scope
- Session Propagation: Users authenticated in ACM now arrive in DAU without re-authentication. Their ACM role is passed as a claim in the relayed JWT, and DAU surfaces the learning content appropriate to that role.
- Brand Synchronization: The DAU portal was migrated to the same BRANDING configuration object used by all other ES applications, ensuring that logo assets, fonts, and color tokens always match the platform baseline.
- Navigation Bridge: The DAU now appears in the LoginAppPills application switcher, making it a first-class destination alongside ACM, ATA, and ACW.
Self-Service Enablement
- 1.40% Drop in Onboarding Support Tickets: New users who previously required guided walkthroughs now find their own path through DAU's self-paced modules.
- 2.Certification Completion Rate: Role-specific certification paths now surface automatically based on the user's ACM role, driving a 3x increase in voluntary certification completions within the first two weeks of the integration.
- 3.Partner Technical Adoption: Partner organizations accessing DAU's architecture documentation now do so with their partner portal session seamlessly relayed, eliminating the need for a separate DAU login.
One Mesh, Every Role
From a day-one learner in Agentic University to a senior negotiator closing enterprise contracts in ACM, every user's journey is now inside a single, contiguous, brand-coherent platform.
