4. Data Isolation & Security
All enterprise workspace data is stored in tenant-isolated database schemas. Document payloads processed by our AI agents are not used to train shared models. We implement AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and Zero-Trust network segmentation across all infrastructure tiers hosted on Google Cloud Platform.
We conduct regular penetration testing and maintain SOC 2 Type II compliance readiness. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel under strict least-privilege controls.
5. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data in the following limited circumstances:

We retain your data for the duration of your contract term plus a 90-day grace period, after which workspace data is securely purged. Audit logs are retained for up to 7 years to satisfy regulatory obligations. Ephemeral sandbox environments are automatically garbage-collected upon TTL expiry.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our platform at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
10. AI Compliance & Consent
In compliance with emerging global Artificial Intelligence regulations and data privacy frameworks (including the EU AI Act), we require explicit consent to process your session data through our Conversational AI systems. This consent ensures transparency that you are interacting with an automated agent and authorizes the system to maintain contextual continuity during your session.
